Thanks to the large fire doors at the Clickimin, and the development of the new pre-fabbed Peerie Mootie Polly, the team was able to bring a pre-built Polycrub into the games hall for folk to see. It was a bit of a tight squeeze to get her in the door, but thanks to Keith and his helpers, we made it! The Peerie Mootie is the smallest Polycrub in the range at 2.4m wide x 2.1m long – perfect for peerie spaces.
It was a busy weekend with lots of interest in Peerie Mootie and the various other types of Polycrubs. Angus & Carly manned the fort on Saturday, then Jakki & Maree took the reigns on Sunday. We all enjoyed catching up with previous customers and yarning to potential new ones.
It was also an opportunity to taste and purchase some of the excellent Shetland produce available throughout the weekend, and, to our surprise, we especially enjoyed our first taste of Shetland oysters!
